200hr Yoga Teacher Training
January 15th - April 24th 2022
This teacher training program is a combination of asana, meditation, self reflection and practice teaching and can be delivered in person and online.
Who Is This For?
Anyone interested in becoming a yoga teacher or leader in their life or anyone looking to examine and up level themselves in a supportive and caring group. Current yoga teachers are welcome to participate to deepen their skill level and to develop their leadership style in new and imagined ways.

Program Overview

Pre-Training total hours: 7 - Reading & memorization of the sequence

During Training total hours: 133 - 7 weekends Saturday & Sunday 8:00 - 5:30 pm & Tuesday Evenings 6:30pm - 8:30pm = 133 hours

Zoom calls = 30 hours - Approximately 2 hour calls per week

Self study work = 30 hours - Approximately 2 - 3 hours per week

JENNIFER WRIGHT
When Jennifer leads yoga her best self emerges and she aligns herself with attributes of strength, grace, kindness, courage and compassion. If you ask her why she teaches yoga she will tell you that “encouraging others” to step into their greatest selves is her natural born gift. While participating in one of Jennifer’s yoga classes you can expect to challenge your body, engage your mind and open your heart. Jennifer will invite you to connect with yourself and with the fellow yogi’s in the studio space to create a sense of deep community and belonging. The foundation for Jennifer’s way of being comes from her life experiences as an operating room nurse, yoga studio owner, and as television host for the regional show, In The Kitchen with Jennifer, The Fit Foodie and international culinary and yoga retreats. Jennifer is a 500 hour EYT and was the Regional Director for the Baptiste Institute for the past 2 years. She was on the “Baptiste Team” and assisted programs nationwide for the past 7 years. Jennifer has successfully led and assisted numerous teacher trainings over the past 10 years nationwide. Currently, Jennifer works as a business consultant supporting companies world wide to shift their culture to one of results and rewards with a shared vision that lives in the hearts and habits of the entire team.
LEANDRA ANTONUTTI
Teaching yoga since 2010, Leandra opened and built a thriving yoga studio community in Toronto. She produced programs, taught classes and facilitated Baptiste Power Yoga trainings all across the world and was the West Coast USA and International Regional Director for Baptiste Institute. Most recently, Leandra created and launched an online digital platform where she teaches weekly power yoga classes to an online global community. Her classes are challenging, inspirational, invigorating and at the heart of everything she does, is community. Leandra is also a business consultant supporting companies world wide to create an organizational culture that produces results, accountability, innovation and relationships that last a lifetime.
