Inthis class you will experience a three-part journey connecting your breath to movement through creative transitions, moving meditations, and an athletic approach to yoga. We will build a foundational flow and then continue to experiment with connecting the body to your the breath through balancing and strength postures while creating fluid and smooth movements. In this challenging and dynamic yoga class, you will lengthen, twist, and tone with emphasis on mindful breath, alignment for a safe practice, and focus to the backdrop of music aligned with our mindfulness theme.
